Can I return my items?

We have a no returns or exchange policy on all personalised items.   Orders can be cancelled via the contact us section or email within two hours of the order being placed, owing to the fact that the design preparation will have already begun.  

PLEASE NOTE: Colours of items can be slightly different depending on screen resolution.  when you order from us, you are accepting that the colour of your item may have slight differences to what is shown on screen as a result of this.

If, for any other reason, you wish to return your item to us, we will unfortunately be unable to cover postage costs.

How do I wash my items?

There are washing instructions under every listing on the website and care instructions in the parcel you receive.  We advise that you read these carefully and follow them. We can not be responsible for any damage caused due to washing incorrectly.

How long is delivery and what does it cost?

Our delivery is charged at £2.95 and usually sent by Royal Mail.  On some occasions, where parcels are larger, we may use  another delivery service such as My Hermes.  Parcels sent with Royal Mail should arrive within 3 working days after dispatch.  If you haven't received your parcel within 10 working days after receiving your dispatch email please let us know.


What is your dispatch timescale?

Our products are usually dispactehd within 1-2 weeks.  If you require a quicker turnaround, please let us know so we can try our hardest to facilitate this.  Some items will take longer than this and this will be stated on the individual product listing.
